2025 Ditch Witch® All Terrain AT100
ROCK HAS MET ITS MATCH.Engineered to maximize the productivity of the machine’s patented All Terrain technology, the AT100 All Terrain has a two-pipe drilling system that enables you to drill and steer simultaneously.
Features may include:
ALL TERRAIN- All Terrain technology enables enhanced rock drilling at a low fluid level, decreasing overall jobsite waste, minimizing cleanup and reducing environmental impact. The inner pipe works as a mechanical motor, driving the bit during the bore. The outer pipe thrusts the bit forward while steering the drill shaft. During backreaming, the outer pipe transmits full machine torque downhole.
- 260-hp (194-kW) Cummins® engine delivers raw power more efficiently to all machine functions so the installation can be completed faster. With 100,000 lb (445 kN) of pullback and 12,00 ft-lb (16270 N·m) of torque, the AT100 All Terrain is the ideal HDD unit for long bores.
- Exclusive, heavy-duty anchor system eliminates the need for large and expensive support equipment. Special damping feature reduces the downhole shockloads associated with greater fluid flow. The only drill in its class that enables the transfer of drill pipe from one box to another so the pipe box is never empty.
- Efficient hydraulic cooling system requires significantly less hydraulic fluid than competitive models, reducing maintenance costs. Exclusive coordinated makeup feature automatically adjust carriage thrust speed when making up and breaking out pipe, extending the life of the drill pipe. Daily maintenance points can be easily accessed from one side of the machine.
- Fully enclosed cab features instrument panel gauges positioned for visibility and conveniently placed controls. Open-tope vise wrenches are angled toward the operator for an excellent view of the tool joint. Full color LCD display provides easy to understand engine diagnostics. Extreme comfort operator’s seat improves overall comfort for the long days on the jobsite.
- Your Ditch Witch equipment is backed by a worldwide network of dealers you can count on for unmatched commitment to your success. From genuine Ditch Witch parts to factory-trained service to expert advice, your Ditch Witch dealer has it all for you.
